HtSSN - Thank you danka for bring something to my attention. After looking things over I decided to make 2 changes to the formula. For one, I didn't weight the standings as a whole but by division and that was a mistake. Batting can be weighted once, but pitching has to be weighted twice, to make it work properly and I didn't do that originally. So I have redone the power rankings.
