First IFA Signing Of Season 6

Just over half way through Spring Training and the New York Dragons have already struck the International market with the first signing. After last years ugly IFA market, the Dragons seem content to take a player that could help the minors for a few seasons in R.J. Franco. At $240K he looks like a bargain.
