The Little Rock Patriots spent the remainder on their hard earned dollars on two more IFA's recently, signing David Perez for 7.5M and Welington Solano for 16.3M. Perez has the reputation of a hitting bat boy as catching is just a freak show waiting to happen. Solano on the other hand has the tools necessary to become a successful left handed SP.
