First of all, thanks to everyone for their cooperation through this debate regarding potential implementation of a new rule. Based on the votes, we'll now eliminate the salary floor as an option, and open up the final round of voting for either the prospect cap or to do nothing at all. Please TC me sometime this week- I will accept votes until Thursday, September 1st. Again, we're only deciding between the $30M prospect cap or to not implement any rule change at all. Majority will rule, so if it's 14-13 in favor of the cap, the cap will win. Thanks again for your cooperation and hopefully we'll have something by week's end.
